Welcome to my world, Friends from all over the world! I’m Felicitas Pizarro, an Argentinian cook, and sommelier, born in Buenos Aires in 1985. I’m passionate about my work and about life in general, and above all, I am passionate about food!
I’ve always known that I wanted to be a cook. Since I was a child, my father’s mother, Valen, passed on to me the love and passion for cooking and she awakened in me the hunger that urges me to learn everything about the wonderful world of food.
I walked my first steps in this world when I started working in several restaurants while I was getting my gastronomy degree. After that, I started a catering company with a friend of mine, Agus – this was my first adventure. A few years ago, I started delivering cooking lessons for grownups and children. They are really informal and casual classes, but actually fun and very dynamic!
During 2013, I embarked myself on another great adventure, which gave an unexpected turn to my life. I dared to participate in a cooking video's world competition, hosted by Jamie Oliver – another cooking icon for me. Surprisingly, and thanks to the support of thousands (the same people that follow me and read what I write from so many different corners of the world), I won!!! Thanks to this contest, my enthusiasm now grows every day, and I’m really fortunate, because with it, many different possibilities have opened for me!
In 2014 I published my first book of recipes, “You Cook”: a joyful manifesto and an invitation to the magical world of cooking.
I am currently a part of Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube Network (in You Tube) and I have my own cannel where every week, I post videos with my latest recipes, filmed and directed by the great, Delfina Schoch.

Now, I would like to tell you a bit more about myself… I love travelling, meeting new places, people and food. I love music and – of course – eating.
Sometimes, I’m a bit messy, I’m definitely cheerful and I enjoy being with my family very much. I have a musician sister, her name is Malena, a boyfriend, who is a great companion and whose name is Santi and two amazing parents, who are my two great role models; their names are Paco and Carolina. I also have a dog, Bono and a truly big family, full of grandparents, uncles and cousins, whom I love very much.
My life is an ongoing adventure and I am truly blessed to be doing what I love the most. I am thankful for this life and this work every day!
